Yes. All transactions are issued with VAT invoices (e-invoices) in accordance with Vietnamese regulations. The required invoicing information must be provided when the contract is signed.

Yes. HLM can provide a preliminary quotation based on:

• Warehouse area and clear height

• Type of stored goods

• Pallet specifications, number of storage levels, and required storage density

The final quotation can only be confirmed after the site survey and final solution design.

No. Warehouse racking systems are designed and manufactured to meet specific dimensions and load requirements, so they cannot be returned after production.

However, HLM can support solution adjustments or the addition of expansion modules, where compatible with the existing structure.

If the customer changes the warehouse layout, area, or technical requirements during production, HLM will:

• Assess the feasibility of the requested changes

• Update the technical drawings

• Provide a cost adjustment quotation, if applicable

Any changes will only be implemented after both parties reach a written agreement.

HLM handles warranty claims according to its standard warranty process, including:

• On-site inspection

• Root-cause assessment

• Free replacement of defective components or parts

No fees are charged for issues covered under the warranty.
